Hospital (UB-04) Insurance Billing Representative
Jackson Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ensuring accurate and timely UB-04 Hospital insurance claims processing. Hospital OPD experience is a plus.
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Utilize medical coding systems such as ICD-10 and CPT for accurate billing
- Collaborate with medical staff to clarify billing discrepancies
- Prepare Appeals of Claim Denials
Requirements:
- TruBridge experience required
- TruBridge RCM experience required
- Five years of facility billing experience required
- Experience in Facility Inpatient, Outpatient, and Swing Bed required
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience in medical collection processes
- Knowledge of medical procedures
- Familiarity with medical records handling and compliance with HIPAA
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently with billing systems
- Openness to instruction and performance accountability
